On top of our range of car detailing products we also supply premium hobbyist products such as electric RC cars, slots sets & cars and a wide selection of accessories. These are available to buy online but all customers are also welcome to visit our walk in store in Springvale, Penistone, near Sheffield.

Our hobby brands include Tamiya, Scalextric and Carson. Our passion for these products is born out of our founders passion for Tamiya, where he built his first Tamiya RC car, a Super Champ, in the 1980s.

About the Owner … I’m a very passionate car enthusiast who has owned more than his fair share of performance cars over the years. As an active member of the Ford RS Owners Club for many years I attended various car shows around the UK including regional club nights & meets with the EYRSOC. I even entered a Concours competition in the Novice class with my MK2 Escort RS Mexico, gaining a trophy, but mainly I had my various RS cars on display on the regional club stands. If you happen to have a Ford RS model then it’s definitely a club that’s well worth joining.

I just love a V8 & in the past I have imported and sold Mustangs from America & Canada! Plus I used to own a Ford F150 Lightning Pick Up which was a 5.4L V8 & Supercharged!! But it’s not just Ford’s that I’m passionate about as I’ve also owned Audi RS, Mercedes AMG, Subaru STi, VW VR6 & R32, Skoda VRS, Renault Clio 16V the list goes on & on. As you can probably gather I’m a genuine car enthusiast at heart! So I thought I’d give Performance Car Sales a go seen as I like them so much & following on from that I started with the Detailing Products.
